As Registered Master Builders and Licensed Building Practitioners, we hold ourselves to a standard that goes well beyond the code. Most of our projects run six to twenty-four months.
That kind of relationship matters to us, which is why we're careful about who we take on, and how we show up.
Meet Ollie
Oliver grew up on the Kapiti Coast, the son of a builder. He didn't fall into the trade, he aimed for it from school, took every subject that pointed toward it, and has been building ever since.
In his twenties, he spent time in Canada working in some of the most demanding construction environments you'll find, temperatures swinging from +35°C to -45°C, where every system either performs or fails.
He brought that knowledge home. It shaped the way he thinks about build quality, material selection, and what it really means to build something that lasts.
Twenty years on, Oliver leads a team that builds across Kapiti and the wider Wellington region. He's still close enough to the work to know what's happening on site and experienced enough to see problems before they become costly ones.
Building across the Coast.
We're local to Kapiti and have been for 40 years. Our work spans Paraparaumu, Waikanae, Raumati, Paekakariki, Ōtaki, Levin, Porirua, and the wider Wellington region. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.
